​Becoming You Mental Fitness Coaching is about finding what it is inside you that makes you who you are.  The part of you that existed before outside influences took over.  We all have this.  If you're feeling like what you're currently doing is a wrong fit, then that is the inner self trying to send you a message.  If you ever feel like you're betraying yourself, or always putting yourself last, that is your core knowing, reaching out for a change.

This is for those of you who become paralyzed by your own thoughts, fears, and doubts.  Maybe you're feeling stuck, directionless, hopeless, indecisive, or like you're drowning in overwhelm.  One-one mental fitness coaching can help move you forward on your goals and keep you accountable to yourself.

Workshops (Min. 10ppl)

"Tackling Your A.N.Ts" (Automatic Negative Thoughts): This short workshop explains the scientific evolutionary purpose behind why we have negative thoughts in the first place.  Together, we will develop an awareness of our thoughts, learn how to reframe them, so they work in our favour, and identify who has the most influence on them.  We will also explore the concept of life happening for you, not to you, the power behind brain dumping, and the perks to having a positive morning and bedtime routine.

"Revealing and Becoming": This two-day workshop takes a much deeper dive into developing your self-awareness and discovering who you truly are right now, and who you'd like to become.  Day 1 leans into the you of today: values, beliefs, strengths, and thoughts.  Being truly honest and humble with yourself, so you can identify whether you're on the path you really want to be on.  Day 2 opens your mind to who you can become: having the courage to be your authentic self, putting your needs first, overcoming comparison and judgement, and building the life you want.

Self-awareness is the first step to making powerful changes that last.  If you don't see that a change needs to happen, it never will.  You wouldn't be here if you didn't already know that.  But self-awareness goes much deeper than that.  This is where you are confronted with the truth of who you are right now.  It is the practice of self-reflection and brutal honesty.  You will learn how to see yourself as others see you, what impact you have on them, and in turn on yourself.

​

With humility also comes self-compassion and self-acceptance.  How did you become the person you see in the mirror everyday?  Thousands of things, and people, have had an influence on shaping the person you currently are.  This isn't a story of shame or regret.  This is understanding that much of what shaped who you are was not within your control.  But now it can be.

​

This is when the magic happens.  Once you see yourself with full clarity, the changes flow easily.  When you know who you are and who you want to be, all you need is commitment and time.  It took years and years to make you who you are, without awareness.  With awareness, you can become who you would like to be, in a fraction of the time.  When you start to see, and feel, the impact of positive change, you won't have any trouble staying the course.
